Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy received in 1987. 400 hours of massage training. Nationally Certified bodyworker since 1992. Additional training in yoga and have instructed others in yoga for 8 years.

To bring a person to a level of comfort and relaxation rarely visited by most.

BIOGRAPHY:
I grew up in Hopkins, MN and have lived in Duluth since 1988. In 1990 I was blessed to be one of the initial founders of Eagles Nest Institute. I have greatly enjoyed working and growing Eagles Nest Massage in the Duluth area. I have 2 children, Carly and Noah, who love to teach me the joys of living in the present moment.
